These are hygiene products. Opened items are generally not returnable. Contact is email only.

Defects and wrong items

Email marswalker513jp@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos. We replace or refund manufacturing defects.

Damage or delay in transit

Carriers are Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato), chosen per product. Attach the tracking number and photos of the box and item.

Opened or used items

Opened hygiene products may not be returned for legal and sanitary reasons. See the Japan legal notice and shipping page.
