Shipping policy

Orders ship within Japan from our Japan warehouse. The carrier is Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). We choose the carrier per product. You cannot choose the carrier at checkout.

When the discounted merchandise total is under 10,000 yen (tax included), shipping is a flat 500 yen. When that total is 10,000 yen or more, shipping is free. Checkout shows the same amount.

In-stock items ship after the order is confirmed. We email a tracking number. The arrival day depends on the region and the carrier. We do not promise a number of days.

The outer box is plain. It does not show the product name, the shop name, or adult labeling.

Questions are email only: marswalker513jp@gmail.com. We do not accept phone calls. The storefront page is shipping and discreet packaging.
