Refund policy

These are hygiene products. Opened or used items are not returnable, for legal and sanitary reasons. Contact is email only: marswalker513jp@gmail.com. We do not accept phone calls.

Defects, damage, and wrong items
Email us promptly after delivery with the order number and photos of the item and the outer box. We replace or refund manufacturing defects and items we sent by mistake.

If a package has to come back, we email the address and who pays the return postage before you ship anything. Packages sent back without that email are not accepted.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns of opened or used hygiene products because you changed your mind.
