Shipping and discreet packaging

Domestic Japan orders ship from our Japan warehouse.

Carriers

We deliver with Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). We choose the carrier per product by size, weight, and stock location. You cannot pick the carrier at checkout.

Packaging

Outer boxes are unmarked. They do not show the product name, shop name, or adult labeling.

Timing

In-stock items ship after the order is confirmed. We email a tracking number. Arrival depends on region and the carrier's service. We do not promise a number of days.

Fees

When the discounted merchandise total is 10,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping inside Japan is free. Under 10,000 yen, shipping is a flat 500 yen. Checkout shows the same amount.
